I just got my 3rd gen and I got into buying mods or parts for my Taco. Recently, I've purchased some products and had issues with it. First product received looks different from the actual product shown on their website. Suffice to say, I may be paying more for what they actually sent me. Called and sent pictures to the company - now waiting on a response. The second product was lost in shipping. I called them up and notified them of the issue. They acknowledged and resent the same product to me (on the way). After reading reviews of this company, I found nothing but 1 or 2 star reviews. Mostly saying they were sent damaged products, not the right fit or product, worst customer service, worst return/ refund policy, no common sense, etc. The list goes on! Is there a more reputable company that is more dependable and has more satisfactory rating to purchase from that any of you go to?
