I'm needing some info on the OVtune before I buy. Does anyone know if the program and cable package comes with pre loaded tunes? I'm not wanting to have it dyno or have to buy another package on top of this one. Just wanting to adjust for tire size and octane. Also if it does come with this any suggestions on tweaks that will increase performance?
