The OEM bed divider is stupid and pricey! But the upper brace is T-slot ready nice and modular for added items in the future.
There it is un packed

1x divider
2x mounts
2x main tracks bolts
2x divider bolts
4x rubber knobs
1.Remove bed track ends on either side
2.Remove track anchors if you want some behind the divider if not push them up.
3. Grease your tracks, anchors, divider mounts and T slot bolts helps keep everything moving and will give it a bit if protection from the weather

4 slide the main bolts in mount on top slightly tighten , now if you have a roll tonneau or the factory you want to mount it upside down as shown in the photo so the knobs are out of the way

If no tonneau cover then either way will work
Once main mounts are in
5 smaller T slots into divider top
6 place divider into main mounts line up the holes
7 tighten the main mounts to the bed tracks until mount sits flush with track once down inside divider is straight ,tighten divider knobs , position divider to desired location , crack beer down

Now if you have some like the bak flip or anything that repositions the track this divider MAY not work for you as you can see with the factory mat the divider had about 1" under it at best

I have the same divider. Got it with the truck and love it so far. I'm not sure how it will work with my Diamondback cover coming in tomorrow. I thought about flipping the brackets that attach to the rails also so the knobs are under to give some room. I will just have limited movement between the tailgate and front end of the bed. We'll see how it goes.

I've been contemplating getting one of these for my truck as well. Either that or making my own with 80/20 extrusion.

I love the idea of keeping things put in one area without having to worry about tie downs.

Definitely helps and I have some stuff I'll be doing little bit in the future that gave me a reason to purchase this , I as well thought of building my own using extrusion but I get 10 -20% below cost at toyota so just made it easier less work haha

Update. I just put my Diamondback SE cover on. I had to flip the mounting brackets for the toyota bed divider. Clearance is good but very limited movement because to the clamps for the center channel and the plate for the locking mechanism.
