Looks like a little seepage on my rear differential so wondering if this is normal for a 2021 TRD Pro with 18k?

Mine JUST did that. I own a 2023 Sport V6 manual. My truck has 9500 miles on it and is exactly a year old yesterday. What I did, took the breather off and blow air through it...it seemed fine. I put it back on and changed the gear oil for the second time since owning it. I used Redline 75w110 and cleaned up the differential. It seems fine now. I will update if that changes. Looks like it's leaking from the breather up top.

Relocate the vent while your at it in case you every are in high water.
I like this spot
Mount it behind the taillight using the factory holes already there.

New threaded union piece is installed and install hose with slack (suspension movement),....
note the other factory hoses with slack..
Run hose along frame to tail light.

Breather is mounted using the existing chassis hole.
