Recently picked up the 2021 TRD Off-Road Double Cab Long Bed.

Looking to replace front bumper and add a winch. I'd prefer not to cut anything.

Any recommendations for hidden mount winch setups?

Also pic of truck.

I used CBI's. Very happy. Smittybilt X2O 10k for the winch (third vehicle with this winch on it, has worked flawlessly).

Looks great. Is the hidden mount hard to install? I've handled basic oil changes before but not any body work like this.

You can find my description of the install, plus a pdf for associated instructions in my build thread.

In short, you'll need a hack saw (two little rings that need to be sawn off the frame, very easy, accuracy not needed, and all hidden behind stuff), and some creativity in cutting the hole for the winch cable. I used a soldering set to literally burn the holes, (after using a knife and heavy scissors on my previous tacoma with less than optimal outcomes) which worked quite well as you can see.

If you're good with your hands, will take you a couple hours. If not, maybe a whole afternoon. Taking off the front bumper and such does take a bit of doing, and is not as intuitive as you might think.

A couple of cosmetic adds.

Decided to black out the Tacoma on bed to match my emblems. Very easy to apply

Picked up the coin sorter to go with the interior as well. Thinking of adding something on the back side of coin sorter so it stays in place more firmly.

Added the Ivan Stewart era bedside decal. Had some trouble on Passenger side so hopefully the replacement comes in soon.

Ignore the dirty carpet lol installed some seat jackers. Definitely gives me more room with my legs. Installed the 1/2 inch spacer on the rear.
