N2 remote start not starting

I received my N2 Designs remote start kit yesterday. Tried to get it installed this morning. Followed all the instructions and the youtube videos, yet it still doesn't start the truck. Has anyone else had this problem? What was your solution? Trying to get in touch with N2 designs but no luck so far.

Got ahold of Jimmy at N2. Walked me through the install to make sure I did it right. New unit on the way. USPS most not know how to handle things marked fragile
