Best I could find is that the front bumper was sold by https://runnin4tacos.com/, but did not see it searching around. Just sent them an email to see if I can get an answer from their support. Curious if perhaps someone here may see if and callout and answer quicker though. Cheers!

Hey, @drizzoh. Check out these latest photos attached. This may be a silly question, but I'll ask anyhow to be certain. Did the owner cut the original bumper to make it look flush? I'm assuming that these aren't some separately ordered parts, but I honestly can't tell from the photos and I'm not the most savvy when it comes to bodywork. I can only tell he cut the flares.

Yes you have to cut factory plastics to install most bumpers on these trucks. But obviously the amount will vary based on which bumper you install.

There are also some aftermarket pieces you can get in order to not have to cut your factory bumper for that type of bumper install. They're pricey, but I'd take that over cutting an oem bumper up: https://runnin4tacos.com/products/bumper-caps-2016-2020-toyota-tacoma
Ahh, "bumper caps." I see now. A little different aesthetically, but enticing when factoring in convenience.
