Les Schwab - Rough Country Lift

I was in Les Schwab getting tires for my wife’s van and asked for a an estimate on a 3” lift for my 2021 Tacoma TRD Off-road. They quoted me around $750 for the lift. Looks like they are using a Rough Country.

This is much cheaper than the Ironman lift kit I was looking at but I know you get what you pay for. However, I wanted to see if anyone had any first hand experience getting a lift done at Les Schwab, good or bad.

I want a 3” lift but will be waiting a while if I’m saving for the Ironman kit. 😜

What's all included? Is it a spacer lift? I know a couple local guys with the RC lift, and they like it. It was just too high for me, I only wanted 2" of lift.

Before you get a Rough Country lift? Look at those other Tacoma’s with the same lift? Hopefully you can drive it too?
Look at the upper control arms… if it is angle really low? Means less downwards travel…rougher rides..
2.5 vs 3 inch lift …? Um. Would be nice to see both off road tested? Same for 2.0 vs 2.5 ?
Aloha

This was debunked with Tinker's Adventures recent UCA video.
