Y’all I have an issue. I swapped my headlights with the tacomabeast sequential turn signal, changed my rear break lights to spyder leds, and added some runnin4tacos sequential turn signals on the mirrors. I’m getting some serious hyperflashing. What do I do?

I've never troubleshot something like this but, did you install them all at once? maybe removing one circuit at a time might tell you which set of lights is causing the issue?

I did not. The tail lights were done two weeks before the headlights. I just did the mirrors like 2 months after the others. I didn’t have the money to do them all at once lol.

Did you have any hyperflashing after tail lights and headlights? Or just hyperflashing after you installed the mirros?

Yea, that's what I read from doing a quick Google search. It might be best to reach out to R4T and see what they recommend. I know they have included a resistor in one of their other kits before. Also, I'm not sure what kind of current draw they are pulling with those turn signals. Maybe your turn signals are missing an internal resistor in turn signal circuit itself.

I just fixed this issue by removing a resistor, however mine was meso's mirror signals, and tail light kit.

Meso's suggestion over on Tacoma world. Basically he says with the low draw of the LEDS and the resistors built into his kits make it like a bulb is out. Which a burnout bulb causes hyper flash with standard bulbs.

So find out if your setup has resistors, if so the taillight one would probably be the easiest one.

Most auto part stores sell online resistors to correct that problem.

They do get hot to the touch, so I'd mount them under the hood or behind the taillights. The mirrors are probably abs which can deform or get weird with heat
