Help! How to put 2024 Land Cruiser rims on 2021 Tacoma?

1️⃣ Getting Started...
I purchased 2024 landcruiser rims (see attached) but the hub on my car (106.1 mm) is too big for the new rims (95.1 mm .. I think).

I think this conversion kit is what I need but looking for some help to make sure?

Do I need different lugs? Anything?
