Help with lag between 1st and 2nd gear

I have a 2018 off road 4x4.
How can I eliminate the lag between 1st and 2nd gear when I’m using the 4x4 trying to go fast but the lag affects a lot...

Have your dealer do the TSB #0058-18 Vehicle Surge between 40-50 mph, or 0062-18 Stumble at Wide Open Throttle Takeoff (listed for high-altitude areas). Either reprograms the ECU to adjust the tranny shift points.
