• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

When it comes to anything beyond installing AA batteries, I have to admit that I am electrically inept. I have been shocked with low voltage more times than I'd like to admit. So I need help organizing what I need to install my off-road lights. I.e. relays, wiring, relay brackets, etc. Once that's all sorted, I'll need help on how to correctly install everything so I don't fry my truck.

I'm looking to do the following:

Ditch Lights
Light bar in hood scoop - Probably the SpartanX one
Light bar in front bumper
4 Rock lights

The only thing that I have purchased is (4) 10A @ 125V AC, 6A @ 250V AC LED toggle switches.
I want all of the lights to work independently of each other and my headlights/fog lights. The ditch lights and light bars may or may not be backlit as DRL's - if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance!

Hit me up....we can do this in my garage.
