Front end vibration

I have a 2019 Tacoma 4x4 with 34,000 miles. I noticed that while applying the brakes, I get a vibration that can be felt through the steering wheel. This gets much worse if going downhill. I've checked everything in the front end for loose bolts, worn ball joints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, warped rotors, (with a dial indicator), upper and lower control arms for worn bushings and the ONLY thing I can find is the upper control arm flexes when I try twisting it with a long crow bar which I guess is normal. The truck is all stock. I can't tell what's wrong after checking it on two different occasions.

Vibrating while braking is warped rotors. Swap em out and upgrade to Powerstop Z36 kit while you're at it. Could be warped drums but very unlikely the cause.

Also torque your lugs properly, helps with rotor warping.

I just found online Toyota Tech Tip, T-TT0632-20 which affects 2018-2020 Tacoma front brakes being problematic. After reading it I found the information very vague but I'm going to replace my pads and rotors and hope for the best. Thanks for your advice!

Toyota Service Manual for allowable front rotor run-out is .004" max taken at outer edge of rotor.
Dial your new rotors and you should get readings of .0000" + .0005". That's the readings I always get with replacement new rotors.
