Anyone running this set up in the front and rear? I'm close to pulling the trigger but want to make the initial purchase the right one, without having to change anything in the near future.

After the suspension, i will likely get a bed rack and RTT, along with normal gear in the rear, and a bumper (winch) with full skids is also in the picture.

My question is does anyone know the rating of the coils on these shocks? Are they 600, 650, or 700? I highly doubt they are 700, but have heard they are 650, if so is that sufficient or should i replace the springs with something else?

I'm planning to get wheeler super bumps front and rear with a dakar spring pack, will likely get the HD then remove a leaf as necessary until i get all my crap on the bed. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. I have been leaning toward ADS, but i know Fox makes great quality parts, and have not really considered King, but welcome any suggestions. I will be on-road for 70% with time spent overlanding and time spent in Glamis working the dunes.

Most companies wouldnt give you 700 coils unless you ask them to , as it can do alot of damage with no weight on it , if you planning on running plate bumper with a winch possible dual batteries in the future then yes you will need to up the coil either with your current purchase or at a later date and swap the springs out , ads is good as @Rob Daman rob siad heard nothing but good things,
OME HD dakars are a good setup as well or even deavers, icons rxt . You are on the right train of thought plan what your going to put on the rig know the weight it will be so you can build your suspension in one go, and not require more to be done later on if possible

@ShikyoX thanks for the feedback. I'm just about to pull the trigger and have switched over to the King 2.5s with adjuster, front and rear, extended travel, Icon tubular delta joint and dakar HD springs. I'm a little worried, my ass is going to be sitting really high with that set up until i get the weight in the back. Is it possible to remove springs from the HD in order to bring the ass back down?

I'm not sure of you can play around with the hd dakars springs I mean they are leafs so technically you could indent know how the ride will react , if you where to do the icon rxt springs they are full setup and come with extra leafs to play around with for different weight options

Hi Trevor, I am having the same question about the Springs with 700 lbs rate, I have the Pro Comp black edition but I haven't find springs to just exchange them, and I am looking to get the Icon 58635 with 700 lbs rate to lift my truck due to a Front bumper plus winch, after the install my truck drop almost 1" and looks uneven with the EMU leaf springs, what did you do after all ?

Currently your running pro comps with standard coils? And you have dropped 1" on the front ?

And you are thinking of getting icons with 700lbs coils? Heavier coils will work and ofcourse go side by side with what your load is in whole. Shock wise well if your doing alot with the truck then something with external adjuster will help a great deal as example icon 58735C cdcv you can tune your shock to your liking on the fly

Another would be bp51 from old man

you can run plates and winch on lighter coils and preload the shock more to sorta compensate the added weight some prefer it that way some dont it's really personal ride choice

I think the spring that I have are at the maximum weight, I started hearing binding noises from the driver side when I turn to the left, I am getting the Icons maybe next week, they are in order already with the 700 lbs springs.
