Tutorial First DIY oil change

Doing first oil change myself, I’m assuming this is a replaceable paper filter media, not a spin-on ? Is this similar to the 4 Runner motor?

I don't know what the 4Runner has, but there's a tool you need. They should have it at any auto parts shop. It's a 64 mm filter tool with a couple of tabs on the side.

Be sure to use the included drain tap to drain the filter housing or you'll get oil everywhere.

The rest is standard.
