Yo !
my 2019 isnā€™t even a year old yet (will be in September) and Iā€™m finding some little rust spots after just crawling under there randomly. Granted she has 23,000 miles already and has seen her fair share of trails but should this be happening already ? We live in eastern Washington nowhere near the coast as well . Regardless of if it should happen how should I go about remedying the issue ? Hereā€™s some photos for reference

If it was my truck (which I do actually do to my own truck) I go under, use a scotch bright pad on the area and hit with some paint. Rustoleum.

Those spots are just the beginning of surface rust and is very common on any new vehicle.

You guys have a bunch of salted roads in the winter? I saw a lot of that on my vehicles when I was in NY, but almost none in the south.
