Fcklightbars sponsorship

So the company "Fcklightbars" offered me a sponsorship of their product. Anyone have any experience with them or this type sponsorship. It sounds like they say they'll offer me a sponsorship just to buy something. That doesn't really sound like a sponsorship to me but I don't just expect free product without supporting them. Obviously they're looking for new clients daily and this sounds like what it is. Upon research the Bbb isn't very nice about them and their reviews aren't very positive in regard to delivering time. Some day they just buy Chinese goods then add their branding then send them your way. And it's cheaper and quicker to buy off Amazon directly. I haven't committed to anything yet as I'm not in the boat to drop $150- 200 bucks on a light to just get some free decals and a t shirt. Anyone using them or have used them. On a side note this isn't intended as bad mouthing them as a company I just don't know much about them other than what I saw if Instagram and what they have told me via IG messenger. Thanks again

I'd ask for clarification on their expectations and what you're expected to do. Sponsorships can be full meaning they give you free stuff or partial ones that you pay at a discount. I've seen offers of buying a product then getting reimbursed after a certain action is done.

I’ll know today. I kinda screwed up the shipping because we can’t get usps on base

No company in history has ever asked so much for a sponsorship.

So we are currently on stand by to see if they will waive the fee. If not the will be black listed across all of social media and forums. I will be sure no Tacoma owners spend their money on these lights.

I may send the 25$ to test the waters, so I can order more lights

So they sent us sponsorship agreement forums. Send them back and they process everything and you become sponsored. But they are requesting 25$ to do so

Hell that is probably more than they paid China to make them. Maybe that is the gimmick they use to sell them. "Sponsor"

This is is a total bait and switch, jay and I were fishy from the beginning. I decided to follow the rabbit hole and see what they were about, after sending everything in and a 20$ application fee, I messaged them. They said okay here’s your sponsor code to order things, I setup my online cart and put in the sponsor code and it only removed 15% off of the price. I told him that’s hardly a sponsorship and that he told me price would be covered. Point is they beat around the bush, and pretty much straight up lie.
So I canceled the check and bid them farewell

What did I just read, because I have to agree with Forge with this one they definitely trying to screw you ove with those lights
