Dash daytime lights and blindspot monitoring not working

Bluebeard

1️⃣ Getting Started...
So I have been trying to chase down an issue with a 2022 Tacoma. The daytime illumination for the dash lights and the blindspot monitoring do not seem to be working. Don't know if it is related. I am not sure if I checked the right fuses for them. any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. I have 69K on a 2022 TRD 4X4. Any one know where the lighting module is? Guess I will take a trip to the junk yard and explore the dash in detail

There is no dash light illumination on these trucks unless the lights are on. It's one of the biggest complaints but so far, nobody has found a way to force them to be on. Should be easy enough to connect the lighting circuit to constant power, but nobody has tackled it yet.

For the OP's BSM issue, likely the switch just got pressed that turns it on/off. These issues are unrelated.

Thanks. Agree should be on all the time. They are in my 2009 Taco. Maybe at some point I may try and find the power wire to all the dash and splice it into a hot circuit when the vehicle is running.
