Cutting the front bumper

Im going to cut the bumper today.
Wondering which tool to use to make the straight line cut from the fog lite hole to the edge of the fender.
I've got jig saw, fein tool, grinder and cutoff wheel...
Any suggestions?

I used an oscillating tool with the saw attachment. Worked fast and easy. Just make sure to draw the line first, use tape, and at first cut just a bit under the line just incase

I used a Dremel tool. I was able to make nice clean lines with it.

I would use a dremel. I believe @knightacoma has a video about it that’s pretty helpful
