Help! Broken wheel studs

Can't speak for the Tacoma but I've done it on my other car, hard part is punching them out. Took me about a half hour to get them out with a punch and hammer. Then you have to press them in place, a hand full of washers and the appropriate nut is enough to get it in.

Took me about 3 hours, mind you it was the rear so I had to deal with drum brakes, plus a few beer breaks. I'd imagine the fronts shouldn't take nearly that long.
