Does anyone know if you can adjust the resistance of the tailgate? After adding the mountain hatch I noticed immediately that when I open the tailgate the added weight makes it fall quickly with less resistance.

Some friends at a truck meet showed me theirs and they still had a slow falling tailgate with the mountain hatch on.
