Oh shit he got the 6 shooters!

I hid my ballasts up under that black trim peice in the engine bay. The ones on the right and left. They pop right off

Nice idea. When I install my fuse panel and add my relay ill do the same. They do look oretty good where they are att but if I can completely hide them then that works too. So u just laid them under?

how do you like those wildpeaks?

how do you like those wildpeaks?

They are fine. The biggest advantage is their super quiet on the road. I mean i barely hear them and their all terains so I like that. They arnt crazy aggressive looking but for the price they are damn solid

Cobra 75 install.

Step:1)

So I purchased a caliraisedled tailgate bracket, firestick 3’, heavy spring, and antenna hardware kit and installed it on tailgate. Ran antenna wire through top of tailamp down left side of truck.

Step 2)

I ran the coaxial antenna wire down left of truck securing it with zipties along the way.

Step 3)

Directly in between front driver and rear seat is a rubber grommet that goes to underneath. I removed the grommet and cut a small hole in it. I ran the coaxial and 4g power wire for amp ground through it and pushed it back in place. Marine grade silicone will be used to seal the small slit. You can see my amps grounding wire attached to frame also.

Step 4)

Next I ran the coaxial underneath carpet and up behind center console where my finger is pointing. There is already a small hole in the carpet to feed it up. From there i fished it to passenger side with only an inch or two to spare.

Step 5)

I placed the box behind center console and carpet holds it in place. From there I connected coaxial and mike. You can see where mike cord comes out and to dash.

Step 6)

I ran the ground and power along with my switch controllers wiring harness through firewire into engine bay and I was done. Will be tuning the antenna shortly.

I wanna do exactly this. any particular reason you chose the drivers side instead of passenger for the antenna mount?

Nope. I do also have the caliraised mount on that side with nothing on it. Either way is good.

was thinking it might give a little more length w/ the coaxial if I did it on the passenger side

It will definitly give u more just look under truck to ensure you can ziptie it up somewhere i didnt look on that side. But ya i had like an inch to spare is all
