4WD HI to 4WD LO

Searched in the Forum unsuccessfully; any tips/tricks for 4W Hi to Lo? It seems to take quite awhile with forward and reverse with the indicator light still flashing when according to the manual it should occur relatively quickly. 2021 TRD Off-Road V6 Manual.

Try changing tc fluid. My 2023 shifted faster after I did that
Also you have to be in neutral to engage 4 lo

I have the same issue. It dies it going from 2WD to 4HI as well.

I’ve found when it’s stuck blinking, returning the switch back to it’s previous mode, taking a deep breath, then resetting it to the desired mode, it will almost all way go immediately the second time.
