Okay, so I thought I was doing well when I ordered these and now it looks like what I actually need are these others. The previous owner put some LED replacements for the map light, but they flicker. Not sure why. I have heard of this happening if they are underpowered. Which do I need for the map light, rear passenger light and vanity lights. I tried replacing the vanity light with the second photo ones, but they were too big and I think I blew the fuse trying to get it to work. Going to have to figure out which one is for these lights if that is what happened.

Any recommendations?

I found the MESO Custom lights to be the best and easiest to install….cost more then most others..but they are built to last! Very bright…going on two years now… I like there design too!
There are many Chinese imitation’s ….many are not well design and built….be careful…?
Aloha

Do you have a link?

Please just google ..MESO customs….they usually run out quickly on are there popular items…they seen to reorder once a year for there inventory I think? I had to wait a few months …
This Christmas they had a few things a 50% off ….my Red started button I got 1/2 off…

There interior lights sells out very quickly….worth the wait!
Aloha

I bought some LEDs on the river company and I thought I blew a fuse. They stopped working, but fuses test okay. Is there a relay or something I should check? Replacing with old bulbs still does not work. Would not think LEDs would just stop working.

Seller seems super helpful and working with them also.

Will check MESO out if I cannot get these working.

Although places like Amazon are cheaper, I went with Diode Dynamics. I have dome and map lights from them and they've been working great for several months. I didn't bother with replacing the vanity bulbs, though. I'm planning to replace many of the exterior bulbs with LEDs from them, too.

Thank you, their prices do not seem bad at all.

I am disappointed that my lights stopped working and would like to know why since all of the fuses seem to be okay

I've read in some product descriptions that certain LED replacements have a polarity. Like a battery, if they go in reversed they won't work. I've never run into this problem before, but I would try flipping them around. It's worth a shot. Also, do you have spares or the originals to try? That'd narrow the problem down, too.

Some pictures of the MESO custom LLC interior lights.. “Very bright” !

The original lights which were not original do not work when put back in. Same for map lights and vanity lights. Again, no fuzes are blown that I have found. Freaking frustrating. I may have to get original lights from the auto parts store and try that. ugh

map light - 168/194
rear passenger light (dome) - DE3175/6612F
vanity lights - 7065

To diagnose, I would revert all non-working and flickering bulbs back to the factory bulbs. Then swap one at a time. Flipping then and making sure they work before moving on to the next one. Some older/cheaper bulbs are Polarity Sensitive. They could be installed backwards. Might just have to flip them. If they are flickering, it could mean they are not secured in the sockets. Other times the contact points are not lined up properly. Might have to bend them out or to the side to have a good connection. Hopefully that fixes it. Depending on if and how it was shorted, it could also blow out the sleeve of the wiring and the damage is done. Hopefully that's not the case. If you can't get it, might be a revert to factory and dealership it.

Are those the only lights listed above that don't work?
Take a pic of the bulbs you do have. Are they LED? Some of the super cheap ones people bought in sets fry out fast. I'm pretty sure I have all the factory OEM bulbs. Pay shipping and they're yours. Shipping is like $4 max. Also if they are LED's, they can't be underpowered as they draw a lot less power than incandescent bulbs.

So, it turned out my dome fuse was blown. I believe it was a 7.5A and only had a spare 10A on hand. These LEDs are way bright and I would rather have a warmer light temperature especially for the vanity lights.
