Looking to get rims & tires but i am not sure if I want 16 or 17 inch rims with with a 31 or 32inch tire, whats the pro & Cons

I have the Sport wheels which are 17" x 7 1/2" wide (stock wheels).
I am running TOYO AT III's in 265/65/17 tires which are 30.6" (31's) - 265/70/17 tires are 31.7" (32's)
A 70 series tire WILL FIT but is close on stock suspension,... and WILL RUB in certain terrains and/or position during suspension compression.
I use the 265/65/17 in a XL (reinforced sidewall and tread) it serves well and have no issues anywhere off road or on road.
I run a standard 29 cold psi and the tire is a gem IMO.
