• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

Whelp, project number 2 has started. The ih8mud guys aren't as cool as the Tacoma brethren, so if Tyler doesn't mind terribly, I'll do this build in the off topic section

Here as she sits in my driveway. 2006, 162k miles. Lots of knicks, dings, carpet stains, etc.but mechanically sound.

First mod: vaistech Bluetooth module. A little dash deconstruction required.
But now I have Bluetooth through the factory head unit, and it works great!

Door edge protectors had fallen off, leaving this yucky black glue quite stuck and quite unsightly. Goo-gone and scrubbing for two hours, finally gone. Fit some new rubber ones, mostly to cover up some paint imperfections.
