I don’t think you will notice a difference. But if those are polyurethane, they should hold up much longer than the factory ones. That said, if your factory ones are absolutely shot already, then maybe you will notice a small difference.
 
I put Poly bushings on my old 4Runner. I don't think I noticed a difference.

For off road stuff, rubber is probably better as it's more flexible.

Poly is going to be better on road.
