    Recall 3rd gen Tacoma fuel pump recall (Jan 2020)

    Mine was completed last week. It only took about 3 hours. I haven't noticed any difference at all but I was not having any issues beforehand either.

    What beach is that? I really enjoy driving on the beach. Its pretty restrictive now though in most places. When I grew up you were mostly just restricted by the capability of your vehicle. Times have changed. Nice truck!

    Personally (bad neck/age related), I wouldn't do it without using a lift. If I was a bit younger, no problem at all. For you...easy as pie! Easier if you drop the spare out of the way but not necessary.

    Welcome! Nice choice for the truck. I love my Pro with the MT. As far as the K&N sound, you could maybe just try a drop in filter? I put in the one from Green Filters (similar to the K&N) and it fits great and sounds good to me. Plus it should last forever. Just a thought.

    Retired after 35 years with the 2nd largest soft drink company in the world... 30 years in sales (managing 30 employees) and 5 years in inventory/warehouse management. I miss some of the people but not my job! Retirement is awesome!!!

    One thing that first put an idea in my head to buy a Tacoma was seeing a voodoo blue on the beach when we were on vacation in Cape Hatteras. That blue is impossible to ignore! Beautiful... (I ended up buying a white one though which I also love).

    I bought the Toyota brand bed mat on Amazon and a cheap ratcheting bar from Harbor Freight. The bed mat works so well I haven't had to even use the bar yet.

    I had an FJ that apparently came with and had a free trial for over 5 years! I never signed up or heard anything from them. It was still going when I traded it in. I guess they just forgot about me but it was nice for free!
