    No rubbing issues, I do have a Cab Mount Chop (CMC), but with proper alignment deviations and no CMC it was minimal... Prior to CMC only at full lock with extreme articulation on trail.

    I've actually seen spacers make it worst. Rubbing I mentioned is very minimal. You should be fine.

    This would be almost a 35" tire, I would say yes you need a lift and probably a Cab Mount Chop (CMC). Good luck

    Tires: 31" (265/75r17) tires should fit with no problem and no lift. If you go to 33's 285/75r16 or 285/70r17, you would need a lift (see below). I have 33's and only tire rub was as full lock and extreme tire compression while off-road. to achieve this you do need to have alignment adjusted...

    The 2" leveling kit should be better, with the right alignment adjustment, you should have minimal rubbing.

    You may want to consider 285/70r17 as well. I suggest pay one, cry once... get a king or icon suspension lift with OME rear springs (can also use AAL), and you should be good to go... if you think you will up tire size later then consider a cab mount chop (CMC) but not necessary for he 33" tire...

    I assume your asking with no rubbing... 265/75 r16. On other forums I have read guys claiming 255/85 r16 with no rubbing on stock. They are still a bit taller than the 285/75r16, just a narrower tire. I have a buddy who uses these and likes them but he does have a small lift.

    Looks like you did a good job, I'd be more concerned with plasti-dip staying on, especially after wheeling. Are you having paint problems on your Tacoma?

    They do exactly what their name suggests, they stiffen the bed from flexing. The beds in these trucks are molded plastic and will flex over time. When I added mine I could tell the bed was already coming out of square. If you don't off road much you probably don't need for stiffening the bed...

    One suggestion, if expansion to a larger Toyota groupset, figure out how to include Lexus. The GX has a lot of similarities to a 4Runner and are actually pretty cool 4X4 rigs.

    I didn't have any problems but I have OEM replacement grill. I have heard from several people after moving the sensor down they had a sensor error message but went away after a day or so.

    One tip for those debadging... after pulling off, use WD-40 soaked on paper towel and the glue comes right off. Also suggest keeping a few dry towels to soak up any dripping WD-40. After, just wash with clean water and wax. WD-40 works great at removing the glue, also use it to take labels off...
