    Its and issue with iPhones new update and the entune there is a recent TSB update for this very issue , its known but apple changed shit and its messing with a few cars

    In the factory setup your fronts are pull like 85% of the amp power ,factory rear will always suck , needless so say you factory head unit can be faulty there is no TSB regarding but take it to the dealer eith another tacoma same model and compare and go from there

    If vibration started after lift I'd first go around and re torque everything that was installed and definitely the u bolts just incase somthing backed off

    Seems to be a common thing, eith overall radio issues , I would ask your dealership if there close and see if there is a "FIRMWARE" update for the head unit , I'll try and check on my computer at work tomorrow ( I dont work for toyota but have access to TSB and info)

    A specialties tool would be required the wave grove is inset in the head the tool will be a reverse that one I would presume wouldnt allow much torque on it so not s good option but there are many anti theft bolts and nuts some are more common and easier to get tools for

    Has a water test been done? The Tacoma box is multiple peices bolted toghether with many gaps and openings , because it's a box non have water sealing measures done, a big puddle geos up under and can seep in etc.. Now that you put a cap on it maybe also getting some condensation going on as well

    They wouldnt blend , as there is a break between panels , and if you wanna try something your self I would sand it clean up the rust (if any left after sanding) with some rust begone shot of , then vynal the roof with a heavy vynal it will in most case help protect your paint from further RTT...
