NEWBIE ALERT Has anyone seen any issues with adding on fender flares with an aftermarket rear bumper? Do I need to look for a wider bumper or does the added width not go that far back on the truck?

A coworker recently told me about the ability to add a Natural Gas tank to your car. He said it helps save on gas money, improve fuel economy, etc. Just wondering if anyone can verify this information? Also, has anyone installed something like this? Is it a manual switch in between the two tanks...

I’m fine paying for quality, I just don’t want to be paying for extra parts that don’t matter. My ideal spot would be around 8k, but if it’s worth the price I’m always willing.
