• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

Reference 3rd Gen Tips and Tricks

I'll add in another small trick I didnt see above. When the truck is completely off and you want to leave the doors open, the truck will sometimes beep at you constantly. You can manually press the rubber door close sensor next to the door latch once, on any door and the beeping will stop.

    Ramblin.Roots Offgrid Tiny-home Adventure Taco

Hell yeah! Would be awesome to meet up out on the road someday! The good thing you got going is the shell model, you'll be able to save alot of weight by building it to your exact needs! I'd advise questioning every pound you put in it, I recently was able to shed almost 250 lbs from my rig in...

What have you done to, or with, your Tacoma today?

It's almost perfect with the FWC I looked into entire aftermarket mirrors for a while but I always hated the look of them. Also helps a ton with the dog always blocking the back windows when I need to check the blind spot haha.

What have you done to, or with, your Tacoma today?

I just installed a set of spotter mirrors, 10 minute mod witch made a huge difference. I lost my blindspot monitoring when I put a flatbed on. I've been looking for a clean solution forever and this is it!
