• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

    The Red Raider

Tested out the Drifter last night. This thing rocks. Held up like a champ even with all the wind out at the coast!

    NorCal trails?

Yeah if you’re down further south then Hollister is probably your best bet. If you can make a weekend out of it I’d highly recommend Mendo/Pillsburry.

    NorCal trails?

There’s Cow Mountain OHV in Ukiah, Knoxville OHV in Napa, Mendocino NF/Lake Pillsburry in Lake County/Mendocino County.

    Hi-Lift slider adapter

Mobtown off-road makes one, not sure how much it is. I bought one of a guy in the East Bay that makes ‘em. We bulked ordered them and ended up getting them for like $35 a piece.

Taco lean: what did you do to mitigate it?

Bought Kings :D But in all seriousness this is a case where adjustable coilovers are worth every penny. No need for spacers or top plates, just a few turns and you can adjust to accommodate. If Kings are out of your budget Toytec does have adjustable coilovers with 5100s that are reasonably priced.

Things to be done before we officially open

Those I’m sure will come naturally in the regional sections

    Testing thread fields

I like it! The whole way to tag a Thread before you make it and distinguish wether it's WTB, WTT, WTS or Free is awesome!

None yet! It's on there just at an angle. And yeah I had the bumper I wanted narrowed down to this one and CBI's T3 bumper. Glad I went with the Demello Off-Road after getting it, the thing is stout and they gusset the hell out of everything!
