• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

    2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro

My last tacoma was a 2017 TRD Offroad that didn't come with steps. My new 2019 TRD Pro didn't come with steps either

    Snorkel

Definitely a good thread I have a new look on snorkels now. I don't think they are for me but I just learned more about them thank you

    Snorkel

I can understand that. I am just saying that a snorkel would have better use on a older pickup. Like I had an 1994 Toyota pickup, I would love to put a snorkel on that strip out all the unnecessary wiring and see how far it could take me

    Snorkel

I just dont believe it's worth going deep enough in water to be worth the risk. Especially because of how much electronics are in this truck just because your truck can breath consent protect it from getting in the cab.

    Snorkel

Am I the only one that can not get behind putting a snorkel on a 16+ Tacoma??

    2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro

I am looking at the CBI Offroad Fab T3 HC rear bumper. Looks clean with a decent amount of clearance

Haha I already have scraped my back bumper so I think I am going with a HC back bumper before the front

    2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad

Yeah my insurance told me out was a total loss and bought the truck for what it was worth. And that's how I went from a 2017 Tacoma Off Road to a 2019 Tacoma TRD PRO

I would like to get kings but aren't they very expensive?

    2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Offroad

Repairs cost more than the truck was worth which was shocking. This happened last September with just over 5,000 miles

    2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro

I want a 4in lift just not sure on what to get. I nailed my last Tacoma right below the passenger door so my next purchase is going to be some rock sliders. I haven't put my bed rack on just yet still waiting for my roof top tent. Going to get a high clearance front and rear bumper when I am...

    2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro

Not looking for a rock crawling rig. I want 35's and would only put a 3-4in lift. I am take trails almost every weekend and I know the extra height will help with some of the obstacles.

Tying to decide if it is worth getting a lift on my TRD Pro. And if so what kind of lift would be best
