For sure, if I ever learn the program draftsite I have a plasma table at my work and would be able to make these easy with all the parts getting cut out in seconds.

Yeah I thought that too. No one seems very interested in it so it’s probably for the best since it was a pain in the ass to hand cut everything.

This on the just the tires to clean them if they have brake dust and bloom all over them. Just the tires! This stuff is like acid. Then this for dressing, works really good on the flares and other black plastic.

Pretty sure that design will eventually destroy the bed since theirs nothing holding the tire from bouncing up and down.

Well took forever and didn’t come out as clean as I wanted it to but it’s finished and works.

Some more brainstorming. Hit a snag with the hieght adjuster. Some slight tweaks are going to have to be made to the plans. going to make this on draft sight and have it all plasma’d out, also acquired the proper gauge sheet metal. I’ll have a actual decent drawing of what I think the finished...

Yeah the paper with my “slotted” note got ripped off. Gonna probably make it like a 1” and a half adjustment. Not a 100% on how I’m gonna do as theirs a few ways.

Gonna try and start fabing a vertical spare tire mount once I get the design finalized. Thought it would be fun to make a build thread. It’s going to be a slow process as I’m going to be making it at work on down time.

Went all over the high desert today. Explored around Kramer junction and Edwards AFB. Then went home through high vista/Lancaster. Kinda scary going through some hills have eyes kinda places by yourself.
