I've been very happy with the front bumper they made so I decided to try their sliders too.

I ordered my stuff and installed it.
The short version is, putting 2nd Gen 5100s on a 3rd Gen Tacoma will extend the travel.
If you put the clip on the second notch you get about an inch of lift with no extra preload on the spring.

Thanks. I had seen his videos pop up before but hadn't watched them.. He's very thorough, and it looks like this probably would work for a low cost extended travel option. If what he notes on the FJC is really similar to the Tacoma, might want to consider a thinner top spacer. It's really close...
For quite a while I regretted buying the truck... The crappy computer response to throttle pedal input, the clunky rear end, the terrible clutch engagement with that delay from the accumulator valve, the way it just gets worse the more you try to drive it faster... It's like Toyota didn't do...
