    TSS sensor question after raptor grille instal

    I have install the TRD Pro Grill and the sensor cover is printed to match the grill pattern so there is no additional plastic in front of the sensor. You may want to inquire with the dealer about the sensitivity of the sensor as it relates to obstructions.

    Just looked up the grill, the lower bar on the new grill might be giving the system some fits. I installed a CBI bumper with a low hoop and the first few days I would get an errant code, but after that I never had an issue.

    Welcome from Socal. While you're out and about, keep an eye out for the Rogue Overland guys. They are based out of LV and are constantly doing day trip and quick weekenders. Also if you are looking at Roof Top tents, CVT opened a store near the raceway. They are always giving deals to locals.

    Battery Replacement Recommendation

    I recently replaced mine with a 27F X2 Power AGM. It's about 1.5" wider than the 24F but the cold cranking and output was near the same a going to a dual battery system but half the weight. It came with a 5 year full replacement warranty (not prorated). It has been great so far.

    Great looking trailer. Based on the photos, it does look like you would be tongue light. Put a spare or tool box on the front and you'll be perfect.
