I'm slowly jumping into the process of modifying my 2017 Tacoma TRD Sport DCLB. Here are the things I've done so far but would love to get any feedback or recommendations on what to do next.​

I like those racks. Two questions, what did they run and what is the purpose of the the extra set of bars at the top? Seems like you could just put the RTT on the lower set if the top set weren't there.

Forgot to mention, those top crossbars adjust every 3 inches and are also removable if I ever do want to bring the tent down a couple inches.
 
I know I'm late but welcome to T3G. How do you like the floor mats now that you have them? Do they have hold-downs for the passenger side and rear?

I love them! I have hold-downs for the passenger side but not rear. Rear isn't necessary in my opinion, it has great grip on the bottom that keep it from sliding when getting in and out.
 
Welcome to the forum! i have those same floor mats and i love them. cheaper than the weather tech and honestly is abbout the same as them as far as quality.

That Leer canopy looks awesome. You'll have to report back how you like. I'm in the market and would like to know if you have any feedback on the canopy after you installed it? Any options you wished you would have gone with or tips on why you chose that modal?

I went for what I found the cheapest used on craigslist or by searching "used truck cap inventory" and searching dealers, $800 leer, I'm putting my maxtrax over the windows eventually but if I wasn't doing that I'd just wish I had windoors.
