• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

Where do mice nest in Tacomas ??

Hopefully this is a false alarm. But if it were me, I'd check the cowl, engine air filter, and maybe flip up that plastic engine cover thing and check in the insulation. Droppings in the interior besides cabin filter?

Edit:
I stumbled on this:

I had them under the engine cowl where they chewed up some of the soy based wires and I found crushed up nut shells a poo in the engine airbox recently. I spray both locations with this stuff now, I don't know how well it works: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FIL425E/?tag=tacoma3g-20
