TUTORIAL Tacoma Tailgate Letter Insert

Just thought I'd post my experience with these tailgate insert letters.

Don't go cheap and get the variant that is about 50% less, I tried them and they suck!!! I returned them.

I picked these up off Amazon for $40 and they are well worth the extra money. They're like a hard plastic instead of a sticker.

They look great. This is a much needed simple mod for most colors.

My wife got me a the tail gate letters too but the cheaper ones. They pop out at least 1/8 in. Thick. Way better than the vinyl ones. Had them for more than a month already. Stick very well! No problems at all. I think they were like 15$ off Amazon.

Any particular brand to look for the good ones? Decided to put the letters and a OEM roof rack.

Not really. Most of the Amazon ones will be the same.
