Not that it really matters but I am intrigued by the ranking levels here on T3G. Been on here for a few months now and just noticed them. Snooped around a bit but didn't find anything explaining them.

So what's the hierarchy? What are the levels and how do they change?

I was curious about this as well. I thought it was based on post count but that doesn't seem to be the case. If you google "T3G Level" this is the post it takes you to.

Sorry about the confusion and my late reply. It is based off likes instead of posts which is essentially a quality over quantity system.

That’s smart, especially because a lot of bunk information gets thrown around. Sets apart the folks who contribute great info.
