Rhythmic humming and vibration around 45mph

Anyone able to help diagnose an issue I am having with my 2022 Tacoma 4x4 Offroad?

Getting a rhythmic humming with some vibration every few seconds in my floorboard and steering wheel around 45-55mph. Truck has 47k miles. Just had an alignment and that is when it started. Truck has a Westcott designs preload collar lift, 16in TRD PRO wheels and tires are almost brand new.

Any help is appreciated!

I have a 2021 SR5, 4 x 4 with 41k. At about 55 to 60 mph I do get a slight hum while accelerating. While floating it disappears. Tires are Firestone L3, 245-75-16, probably the most quiet tires I have owned. The hum has been reported by many.

Could be as simple as the tires had "edges or cups" before the alignment
Now that it is aligned it may be wearing these high areas and the noise will go away as the edged rubber does.

Hey Timmy,

I’m having a similar issue with my Tacoma. I just bought it so I don’t know how long it’s had the vibration. I get it from 35-45 MPH. It’s got a rough country spacer lift and is a 2020 SR5 4x4. Were you ever able to fix the problem?
