The mounting system? It looks like @ExpeditionEssentials.
Tyler is correct...I got the mount from @ExpeditionEssentials, I ordered the 3TPAM with the 4.8A device charger and the wire cover. For the device holders I ordered from 67 Designs - www.67d.com
To mount one phone you should only have to purchase one item from them. @ob17422 has two separate mounts pictured in his photo. They are attached to an @ExpeditionEssentials mounting system, which you also need.
