I found this Tacoma photo on FB but no luck finding the trim mane or manufacture. Looks like it’d be a nice way to break up the cement a bit.
If anyone knows please drop a link or name!!

If I had to guess it's probably a custom job. Most places that do wraps should be able to do that for you.
 
Judging based on the sheet of vinyl on the hood and the installer, I’d say that was a custom job. Bit of knifeless tape and some patience.
