Just got it and don't have a need for lift. Better tires already and will probably some real sliders eventually. I had a 2014 T4R and put an SSO Slimline bumper on it which was useful so I'll probably do the same for this truck. Blocked up the front seats and will add lots of "little" stuff like a front facing camera, bed cover, leather seat covers, etc.

Lot's more little stuff done. Removed rails and TRD stickers. Blacked out wheels. Added ram mounts and changed startup/shupdown images. Mounted a big Viair compressor under the hood. I still need to wire it and will plumb it to a connection when I install the SSO front bumper.
