Lava road

possibly a ghost :(
Todays weather report for the Big Island of Hawaii. May1-2, 2022. For elevation above 12,500 feet, 2-4 inches of SNOW is expected.
Mainly on top of Mauna Kea & Mauna Loa mountains.
Snow wheeling anyone?
Aloha,

When traveling to top of Mauna Kea mountains, it can be very cloudy, 13,800 feet , as you near the top, you will get above the clouds…WOW! So “SUNNY! A unbelievable feeling and beautiful scenery! The air is very thin, 40% less oxygen… if anyone starts to gets a headache, time to start going to lower elevations.
Park Rangers cannot stop people with kids under 14 years old and younger from going up , the risk to babies is very high! Yet a few will take there babies, and children. If the baby start to sleep? Means lack of oxygen.

“Breaking thru the clouds,” like been in heaven…to see blue skies , the bright sun. When driving in the clouds, many times you can barely see the cars/ trucks in front of you. Driving in the clouds, I think it is call “fog”, people below you see clouds, above looking down it is clouds, in it FOG?
Aloha
