• Welcome to Tacoma3G.com, a free resource for 2016-2023 Toyota Tacoma owners!

This website is the passion-project of a USMC veteran/mechanic, @Tyler. I created Tacoma3G.com to share my knowledge of this subject with others and to provide like-minded folks with a comfortable space to ask questions and create 'build threads' within our Tacoma Forums. Now, if the format of this website is confusing to navigate for you, or if you're interested in my full mission and T3G's history, check out the Help and About pages.

Heyo! First time Tacoma owner and first time truck owner here. After years of borrowing my dad's Silverado anytime I needed to haul anything or carry motos, it was time for a truck of my own. For this reason I went Long Bed with absolutely ZERO regrets. She's a trail limo but I love her!

My build has come a long way. I have now moved away from a "what would look the coolest on my truck?" mentality to one of function over form. Everything I add to the truck now has to have a practical purpose for me and what I do with the vehicle. That being said, I generally go for mods that are lightweight, simple, clean and the best bang for the buck. I also try and support companies in the US, that I trust and that I can receive local support from.

Thank you! I'm super happy with where the truck is right now, but as we all know, it's never really "done". HAHA

How do you like your fox coils?
I love them! They took a bit to settle in. But wow they are night and day different from the stock offroad bilsteins. Even the wife has noticed the truck handles way better off road with the Fox's. I've used the adjusters a few times as well - tightened them up to prevent bottoming out on a gnarly washboard and let them out when on the street.
