School me. I have 2 ARs, and one of them I want to make a dedicated SBR (sell the existing BCM barreled upper). I'm thinking 10.5, 1/8 twist. What is the process of getting the stamp, and do I really need to get a trust?

Edited to add: The lower I'm gonna use is a QD with a 3.5lb drop in. One of these:
