Hello to all of my fellow Tacoma owners. I just recently purchased a white 2021 TRD Sport and I want to add taller tires without installing a lift kit. From the research I have done, I can replace the factory 265/65/17 tires with a set of 265/70/17 tires. My truck came with mudflaps and I have read a thread in this community that the 265/70/17 tires may rub. Is there a way to trim the mudflaps so the tires will not rub? Have any other Tacoma owners running the 265/70/17 tires had any issues with rubbing? I would like to put a set of BF Goodrich All Terrain tires on my new truck, but only for looks......not interested in off-roading. Thanks in advance for any input you can send my way.

What did you end up with? I'm looking at something similar

I went with Dick Cepek Trail Country 265/70/17/10 ply and really like them. I bought them through ebay for $676.40 with free shipping and they were delivered the next day.
