Good Price From Dealership for 2020 Tacoma Off-Road - $40,830?

I was given a price of $40,830 for a 2020 Off-Road Tacoma with the following specs:

Manual Transmission
Adv. Tech Pkg
Performance Pkg (Leather Seats, Moon Roof, etc.)
5 ft. Bed
Loyalty Savings ($500) for a previous Toyota purchase

[Base MSRP is $35,335]

Is this a good price? Has anybody paid less, from the dealership, up to this point?
 
Sounds about right. Hasn't the trd pro gone up to like 50k now?
